Alphonso Hodge (Zo) head coach of the LSN 8U & owner of the “LSN Chiefs” youth program. Started playing youth football at the age of 5. Cleveland Muny Leage is where you can find Alphonso in the hall of fame. He later attended Miami of Ohio & graduated with two degrees, sports organization & physical therapy with a minor in exercise science. Zo was drafted to the Kansas City chiefs & played for numerous years. He also played for The New York Jets & later on the CFL until retiring. He then preceeded his career to sports performance training, mentoring, & entrepreneurship. Opening his own gym “Do Work Factory 3.0” Zo trains & conditions both boys & girls ranging from the tiny tots to the pro athletes. A plethora number of professional athletes started & continue to train within the Do work family from baseball to basketball to football. Zo will continue to mentor & grow his LSN organization and in his own words “life is just better with football.
